Your company profile is a powerful tool for showcasing your organization's brand and attracting potential clients or partners. As an employer, you have the ability to update and optimize your company's profile details to make a lasting impression.

Beautify Company Profile

Step 1: Access the My Company page

• Click the profile icon on the top right-hand corner

• Click My Company

Step 2: Upload your company information (company banner, logo, description, website, and company video)

• Banner: recommended size: 1200px x 150px, max. image/photo file size: 1 MB and image formats: PNG or JPEG

• Logo: recommended size: 250px x 250px, max. image/photo file size: 1 MB and image formats: PNG or JPEG

• Name & Description: Update your Company/Organization/Faculty/School name and the description (description is limited to 1000 characters).

• HTML Iframe & embedded content: Insert the HTML IFrame embed code (e.g Video on Youtube, go to the video page, click Share > Embed > copy the code and paste it

Below, we provide detailed instructions on how to embed videos from popular hosting sites such as YouTube and Youku.

• Embedding a YouTube Video:

  1. Go to the YouTube video you want to embed. Below the video player, click on the Share button.

     
     

     

     
     

  2. From the sharing options, select Embed.

     
     

     

     
     

  3. Adjust the video size and player options to your preferences and copy the provided HTML IFrame embed code.

     
     

     

     
     

  4. Paste the copied code into the designated area of your company profile on Jublia.

     

     
     

• Embedding a Youku Video:

  1. Navigate to the Youku video you wish to embed and click on the Share button, then select Embed.

  2. Copy the generated HTML IFrame embed code.

  3. Paste the copied code into the specified section of your company profile on Jublia.

• General Tips: 

  • Ensure that the video is set to be "embeddable" by the content owner on the hosting platform.

  • Double-check the dimensions (width and height) of the embedded video to ensure it fits your profile layout appropriately.

  • Test the embedded video to confirm that it plays smoothly within your profile.

• Website and social media accounts (LinkedIn, Facebook, WeChat & Instagram)

8. You can also add a company profile in PDF format (maximum 10 MB)

Remember to always click the Save button after making any changes to your My Company profile.
