How to access the Event App?

In this article, you will learn how to navigate your event on the go using the event app. Download it from the Play Store and App Store with the link provided in the invitation email you received.

When opening the event app for the first time, you will be directed to Guest access (if available), providing you with general content about the event. On the first page, you will see a login section in the middle where you can access your account.

Click on that section to login
Enter the passcode provided to you via email
If you forget your passcode, simply click on "Lost Passcode" and input your email address, it will be promptly sent to your email.

At the Home page, you will find several sections:

For You: This section contains recommended contents based on your profiles. You may update your interest by clicking Update Interest button
Menu Items: You can browse through available menus to explore available contents on the app
Maps: Explore the onsite floor plan easily by clicking on our Maps feature. You can utilize Maps to find a specific location, to find related agenda happening in a specific location, and to get a direction route from two locations.
