CRM: View individual attendee’s account

This article will help you understand how our CRM works, what data is available for each profile, and how you can take action on that information.

Type in the attendee’s name or email address, or the company’s name or the ID to search for their account

Profile: This contains the attendee's basic information.
Concierge: Set up a concierge to help manage attendee profiles. Concierge can add notes under the "Activity" tab on a attendee's profile card to track the status of contacted attendees and record other important information.
Account Access Control: This section outlines the different ways to access a attendee's account. We offer several options:
- Access with 2FA: A secure, two factor authentication method.
- Instant Access: A link that bypasses the 2FA process.
- OTP: Provided when a user attempts to authenticate via email.
- Scan QR Code: Functions similarly to Instant Access.
Authentication Mode: This indicates the attendee's login status and which method they used to log in.
Status: This shows the account's current condition, including the creation date and whether it is active or inactive. You'll also have the option to make an account inactive and provide a predetermined reason.

Analytics: Analytics give you a comprehensive overview of an account's traffic, conversations, and leads.
- Traffic: See an account's impressions and views to understand their visibility.
- Conversations: Analyze all meeting related activity, including meeting time availability, sent and received requests, confirmed meetings, and details on both virtual and onsite meetings.
- Leads: If the lead scanner is enabled, you can view all leads generated by the account.

Communication: The communication section allows you to manage an account's notification settings and view their communication history.

Activity: See a detailed log of an account's activity. It tracks login activity and also serves as a log for notes added by a concierge.
