Troubleshoot Login Issues: Get to Your Account

Our social media or 1-Click Login method uses a deeplink mechanism to redirect users back to the app seamlessly after successful authentication. However, depending on the device, operating system, browser settings, or network restrictions, deeplink behavior can sometimes be inconsistent, resulting in login issues. 

Deeplinks are supported across platforms (Android and iOS), but each platform and app has its own handling logic, which can affect the smooth redirection back to the app. Certain configurations, browser restrictions, or third-party email clients may block or mishandle deeplinks.

Should you encounter any difficulty logging in via social media or the 1-Click Login link,you can use the OTP (One-Time Password) option as a reliable alternative. An OTP is a unique number that lets you securely log in to our platform.

To log in with OTP:

1. Select the "Log in with Email" option on the sign-in page.

2. Enter your registered email address.

3. Check your inbox for the Platform Login email (this is the same email you receive for 1-Click Login access).

4. Once you receive the email, enter the OTP code into the native app to complete your login.

Additional Information:

• Single-Use OTP: Each OTP (One-Time Password) is generated for one-time use only. Once an OTP has been successfully used to log in, or if it expires, it cannot be used again for subsequent login attempts.

• For enhanced security and consistency, all OTPs have an expiration period of 12 hours from the moment they are generated. This duration aligns with the expiration policy for our 1-Click Login access.

• You have a maximum of 5 attempts to correctly enter your One-Time Password (OTP). If you happen to type the code incorrectly five times in a row, the system will then require you to request a new OTP.

• Additionally, to prevent brute-force attacks, your account will be subjected to a temporary block of 5 minutes from making further OTP requests after these 5 failed attempts.

• The system maintains a rate limit of 60 seconds per request for all login email requests (e.g., requesting an OTP or a magic link). This means you must wait at least one minute between successive requests to prevent spamming or system overload.

Common Factors That May Affect Login via Deeplink

• Blocked or Restricted Services: Some apps, networks, or OS-level settings may block deeplink redirection mechanisms, especially if they rely on services like Google or Apple for validation.

iOS Troubleshooting Steps

If the 1-click login link doesn't open the app automatically:

1. Copy the login link.

2. Paste it into Safari's address bar, but don’t press Go yet.

3. Wait a moment. If iOS detects that the app can open the link, a prompt will appear: “Open in [App Name]”

4. Tap that prompt to proceed.

Android Troubleshooting Steps

1. Go to Settings > Apps > Default Apps > Opening Links, and ensure that “Instant Apps” is enabled.

2. On Samsung devices, go to:
