What is SCAN Intelligence?

SCAN Intelligence is a feature that Jublia has to help you track and analyze attendee engagement through scan data. The tool categorizes scan activities and provides valuable insights into lead generation, allowing you to better understand the effectiveness of your event strategies.

How Does it Work?

The SCAN Intelligence page displays detailed analytics of attendee interactions based on scan data. Here's a breakdown of how the system works:

1. Dashboard Overview

   The main dashboard gives you an overview of the volume and distribution of scans during the event. This data is categorized by Lead Types and Scanned Groups, providing a clear representation of attendee engagement.

2. Filtering Options:

   You can use the filter feature to view scan data in real-time or over a specific time period. This allows you to tailor your analysis and track engagement throughout the event or focus on specific time frames to assess event performance.

3. Scan Results Breakdown:

   As you scroll down the page, you will see a detailed breakdown of the scan results. This section is divided into two categories:

• Company-Based Results:

  This data shows how well exhibitors are performing overall, identifying which companies are attracting the most interest from attendees.

• People-Based Results:

  This data focuses on individual attendee interactions, helping you understand how specific attendees are engaging with exhibitors. This information is useful for assessing the effectiveness of exhibitor interactions and understanding attendee preferences.

Types of Leads

This is categorized based on the level of engagement and the quality of the lead generated during the event.

1. Hot: These are the top-quality leads, representing potential clients who have shown strong interest in the products and services of the exhibitor. The conversations during the visit were more engaged and the attendees expressed a strong intent to follow up.

2. Warm: They are the attendees who show moderate interest but without strong engagement. This type of lead requires nurturing and follow-up to convert into customers.

3. Cold: These leads represent the attendees with minimal engagement or interest. Hence, converting them to become customers requires effort and follow-up to build a connection.

4. Unscored: These are the leads that require further evaluation to determine the quality and potential of the conversion.

5. Invalid: These leads are a result of scanning issues rather than genuine prospects.

Exporting Data

The results can easily be exported using the "Download Data" button. When clicked, the report will be sent directly to the email address registered with Sense, allowing you to access your event data for further analysis.
