Navigating the Agenda
This guide will walk you through the step-by-step process of locating, bookmarking, and accessing agenda sessions seamlessly on your event platform. Whether you're searching for specific sessions, favoriting them for easy access, or viewing on-demand content, this article will help you navigate the agenda with ease.

Finding Agenda Sessions
Step 1: Search for a Session
Go to the Agenda tab located on the navigation menu at the top of the platform.
Select Sessions
Search for a session by its title or relevant keywords in the search bar.
Step 2: Filter Sessions
Use the drop-down options such as Tracks, Tags and Speakers to refine your search.
Browse sessions by their date
If you can't find the session using the search options, view all sessions manually by scrolling through the agenda list.
Favoriting Agenda Sessions
Go to the Agenda tab located on the navigation menu at the top of the platform.
Select Sessions
Search for a session by its title or relevant keywords in the search bar.
Click on Favorite which is represented by a heart icon. This button will add the session to your Favorited tab as well as to your Planner, making it easy to find and access during the event.
Once you Favorite the session, it will be automatically added to your calendar if synced. And when you click Unfavorite, the session will be automatically removed from your calendar.
If there’s any updates regarding the session such as dates, time, or venue. It will be automatically reflected on your calendar.
When a session you have added to your calendar is deleted by the organizer, it will be removed from your calendar as well. If it is re-published by the organizer, it will automatically re-appear on your calendar.
How to find a speaker you are interested in?
In the Speakers page, you can use the search bar at the top to search the Speakers name and it'll show all sessions that the searched speaker will be talking in. Click on the speaker and it will show the speaker's profile and sessions they are taking in.
Recommend Agenda Sessions
In the home page, the system will recommend agenda that might suit to you. You can update the interest to recommend the agenda session according to your interest.
Favoriting On-demand Agenda Sessions
Step 1: Search for a Session
Go to the Agenda tab located on the navigation menu at the top of the platform.
Select On-demand
Search for a session by its title or relevant keywords in the search bar.
Step 2: Filter Sessions
Use the drop-down options such as Tracks, Tags and Speakers to refine your search.
Browse sessions by their date
If you can't find the session using the search options, view all sessions manually by scrolling through the agenda list.
Click Play to start watching the session.
Note: Ensure you have a stable internet connection to maintain smooth video playback. An unstable connection may result in stuttering and lagging.

Finding Agenda Sessions
Step 1: Find a Session using the Search Function
Enter the keyword in the search field, and relevant sessions will be displayed.
Step 2: Find a Session by Date
Tap the button on the top bar to view sessions for a specific date.
Step 3: Find a Session using the Filter Function
Tap the Filters button, select your desired values, and tap Apply to see the filtered sessions.
Favoriting Agenda Sessions
Step 1: Open the Agenda Menu
In the Home menu, access the Agenda menu to view the list of sessions.
Step 2: Favoriting sessions
Mark sessions by tapping the heart icon.
Step 3: See favorited/bookmarked sessions on My Schedule
Return to the Home menu, open the Planner menu from the bottom navigation bar, and in the My Schedule tab, you'll find your favorited sessions.
