Engagement Analytics
This dataset provides a snapshot of account activation and user engagement metrics for your event. It offers insights into the number of accounts created, the proportion of active accounts, and user behavior patterns.
By analyzing this data, we can gain valuable insights into the effectiveness of our outreach efforts, the quality of our email list, and the overall engagement level of our target audience.
Track Login Rates
On the Home page of Sense, you’ll see the Reach section with a flow diagram. Here is a brief explanation on how to analyze the graph:
A: Total number of accounts created in the system
B: Number of users with accounts
C: Number of accounts launched
D: Number of live accounts (excluding bounced emails, and accounts deleted from the platform)
E: Number of accounts that have logged in
Increasing Adoption Rate
In order to increase the adoption rate, you may download the data of the list of accounts that have not logged in.
Use the downloaded list to proactively reach out to selected users via phone to introduce the platform and gauge their interest in business matching opportunities.
Before exporting the CSV, ensure it includes relevant attributes for your event.
Conduct these outreach efforts approximately 2-3 weeks before the event's launch, ideally after at least one week of user engagement on the platform.
Investigate undelivered emails to identify potential issues and improve future communication.
Identify and address accounts that remain inactive on the platform e.g. those without email addresses.
