Post Launch Updates & Recommendations
Objective: This is an update that is sent 1 week after the event is launched. Focusing on getting a better adoption rate, especially if there are any Match Pro accounts.

1-week Before The Event Date Updates & Recommendation
Objective: Focusing on getting a better conversion rate, so during the event day, attendees are focusing on joining their meetings rather than finding the right target to have a meeting with.

Objective: During Event Day, engagement communication can be sent out based on the analysis of your event.

Use Meetings Manager to see an overall breakdown of all the meetings taking place
Encourage attendees to schedule more meetings if the conversion rate is not good enough

Print meeting schedules of each attendee via CRM
Follow up with attendees (starting with those with the highest number of pending meeting requests)
Promoting if there’s a live session that is happening on the event day
Post Event Updates and Recommendations
Objective: Post-event is focusing on giving the client the analysis of the event. We will be measuring audience satisfaction through Jublia RATE.
